Pro Triathletes come to Endurance Sports and Rec

5 top professional triathletes at Endurance on Monday May 18 and Tuesday May 19 (right after Memphis in May). The athletes, Dan Hugo (www.dghugo.com), Jenny Smith, Emma Garrard (www.emmastrailtales.blogspot.com), the great Jamie Whitmore (Winningest Xterra pro ever, www.jamiewhitmore.com) and Craig Evans (www.teamcraigevans.com) will be available to discuss training techniques, nutrition, race strategy, technology aids for training and racing, and any other topic that may come up.  Dan Hugo, second in the world last year in pro Xterra ranks will also be undergoing a video swim analysis so that you can see what is involved in this process (and so he can get even faster!).  The discussion and swim analysis will take place
