This Session is designed for anyone getting ready for a late summer triathlon who feels they need help refining their swim technique. The emphasis is on technique, body position so that is reduces drag and stroke count, propulsion, power and increasing speed. You can't go faster until your technique is correct.

This is the FIRST EVER summer adult session that we have run, so we are excited about the opportunity.

We are also pleased to announce that we will be training at two locations throughout the week.
The practice schedule is designed that we will m
eet two times a week, but in two differnt locations.
